Thank you for shopping with ATOWN Bat Co. Because wood bats are natural performance products, please review our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unhit
  • The bat is in original condition
  • No dents, cracks, pine tar, ball marks, or signs of use are present
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
Used bats are not eligible for return.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized bats are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom length or weight
  • Custom model or barrel profile
  • Engravings or personalized markings
  • Custom finishes or stains

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, or cosmetic appearance are not considered defects.

Broken Bats

Breakage that occurs during normal use is not considered a defect and is not covered under this refund policy unless otherwise stated in a separate warranty. Please see the Warranty page for details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or confirmed defect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss options.
